Job Description

·     Responsible for all the administrational needs;

  • HR & Admin vendor management process
  • office management (cleaning, security, office rules, maintenance, postage)
  • car fleet management

Supporting HRBPs in ;

  • onboarding & exit process
  • managing health & life insurance process
  • organizational announcements
  • personal files management

Qualifications

  • 2-3 Years Experience in Human Resources
  • Multinational experience (preferred)
  • Degree in BA, Economics, Management
  • Degree in MBA / Human Resources Management is an asset
  • SAP knowledge is an asset
  • Perfect command of Turkish & English
  • Perfect command of Microsoft Office Programs
